Greetings, friend. My name is Colleen - or Leelee, if you please - and that's me, my husband Nathaniel, and our three adorable little moppets in that lovely picture. Sad to say, that's not our backyard.
I started this blog as a way to chronicle our family's transition from apartment dwellers to skoolie dwellers, from renting a home to homesteading, and whatever else along the way.
We're learning how to provide for ourselves from the ground up, since neither of us has built a home or grown our own food before. We're noobs at this whole self-sufficiency thing, but we're eager to know how to do it, and I'll share what we're learning with you. That, and crafts, eventually. Oh, and recipes. And my thoughts. And our personal business ventures. And, you know, other stuff.
